Stakeholder brainstorming session to establish goals, terms of reference, and other criteria for small (12-15 companies each) Operations Staff Peer Mentorship Groups which discuss best practices in confidence under the guidance of an experienced facilitator.
What: A group of Operations Professionals engaged in best practices and mentoring, under the guidance of a professional facilitator - 12-15 members in each group.
When: 4-hour meeting every 2 months
